Would you make pulled pork for 90 people??
Herm's was great! The atmosphere, people and food are fantastic! If you have the time for this popular spot it's worth the wait. Skillets will fill you up and you'll have enough to take home for seconds. The pancakes are great none of us even used syrup. We also have had the burgers and they are very good as well.
MoreIt's a cool lodge-style place hidden on a mountain road right behind USU. The food was great, I got the "Macho"... delicious! We had to wait 2 hours from arrival to getting our food, but my brother frequents this place and said it is usually much much faster.
MoreCame in on a Sunday, it was packed, but I was surprised at how fast they were able to seat us. The food was good, but it didn't live up to the hype. Bacon is thin and crispy, pancakes are so thick they are hard to swallow, the butter has some sort of lemon zest in it? Thought that was odd. And the breakfast potatoes are so crispy you could chip a tooth chewing them. The ambiance was nice though.
MoreWe love Herms! Kirsten was our waiter and she was very kind and helpful. The food came out FAST and my husband said he ate “the best burger of his life” here.
MoreI would eat at Herms every day if I could. Best food in the valley. Their food is worth any time you might have to wait to be seated, and a large portion of it is locally-sourced. Can't go wrong with anything on the menu!
MoreI honestly have never eaten anything here that I didn’t like. The Cuban is my favorite sandwich followed by the Reuben and then the tuna melt. I like to take my family of eight here for breakfast occasionally. The family feast meal is $30 and it feeds our entire family and comes with a giant pancake. The staff is friendly and the environment has a very cool vibe. The decour and architecture is very nice.
MoreThe food is amazing! The servers are all super nice. It's a very inviting place.
The best food and the best service. We live about and hour south and will be making the drive again for those cinnamon rolls, benedicts, and that strawberry jelly! Great stuff and an awesome place.
MoreUnique cozy atmosphere, delicious inventive food, friendly service. I had a great time experience new tastes and food combinations. I enjoyed our romantic pie shaped booth. The atmosphere was romantic and the perfect way to celebrate our anniversary. I will definitely return for more fond memories.
MoreGreat atmosphere. Great food! Creative in many ways. Smoked hot sauce is fantastic for smokey mild sauce lovers even bought a bottle to take home. My meal was 10$ my brother orders 1/2 each of individual items and spends $4
MoreI have always loved going to Herm's. It is fun, the place has a super nice atmosphere, and the workers are great! Not only that, but the food is delicious! My favorite is the stuffed French toast, two yummy pieces of toast stuffed with strawberry cream cheese, and topped with strawberries and their divine lemon butter. It is absolutely delicious! I will be back again soon! :)
MoreIve been going to herms for a few years now and all the staff have always been great. They get to you quickly and they are all very attentive ... sometimes too attentive. Food is great and I personally think that it really does warrant the price.
MoreNice atmosphere and location. Service was quick and courteous. Got the cinnamon swirl pancake - it was huge, could not finish it. Pancake was thicker then expected and very tasty. Also tried the stuffed French toast. Very good, butter had lemon in it and made for a great combination with the cream cheese. Glad to see a responsible take out box. Definitely recommended.
MoreJust watch Guy Fieri and you'll understand why it's so highly rated. Great food, reasonable prices, and friendly staff.
MoreGreat place for breakfast. Good variety and decently priced. The place have good vibes and it is on thr way to the Logan Canyon hikes.
MoreWe came here for breakfast and had to order the family sized pancake. It was served on a pizza pan and we topped it with strawberries. There were 3 of us and we finished about 2/3 of it. We also ordered eggs and bacon on the side. We sat on the porch and had a wonderful view of the mountains. We had great service and our food was out in a timely manner.
MoreCool vibe! There's an Indian on the wall. I had the BLT which had the perfect ratios going on. The staff was chill but literally always kept my water full (I drink a lot). The price was pretty good too!
MoreHands down, the best breakfast place in Logan. It is nice to have a menu that is refreshing and just doesn't feel like dated diner food. The staff are usually very attentive and the addition of the outside seating area has given the location a very nice ambiance. However, the main draw, as it should be, is the food. It is usually cooked to perfection and you can tell the effort that has gone into making the individual items from scratch. I don't normally like breakfast, yet I get excited to go here again and again.
MoreTruly one of the best restaurants in Cache Valley!!! The staff are friendly and the food is phenomenal!! I have loved everything I have tried! Though hands down, the inside out grilled cheese is a must try! Definitely worth the wait during rush time.
MoreI had seen this restaurant on Diners Drive-Ins and Dives. So I took the great opportunity to stop in on our way back out of Logan. We just got coffee and a cinnamon roll to go, but the restaurant was open for dining and the crowd looked happy and the menu that we looked at looked really good. We'll have to come back.
MoreWe were really excited to try this place, we got there and they said a half an hour wait, we ended up waiting for well over an hour. While we were waiting we were watching the list and saw multiple people get in before us that checked in well after us. It was really frustrating and everything was in disarray with the customer service. When we ordered it took 30+ minutes to get our food. The food was really good for what I ordered, but my husbands was very lack luster. Overall pretty disappointed because of the very long unexpected wait times.
MoreThe skillets here are amazing. Pancakes are awesome. The lemon butter on the pancakes is even better. I drive 60 miles every week to come here
MoreThe ambiance right off the bat of this place is so chill and laid back. Utah is a beautiful place and Logan is exceptional. My mother and I were camping through here and had someone reference for us to go here. The omelettes were good and the drinks very so as they were in cute glasses but as for the services it was very flat.
MoreWe love Herm's! Great vibe! Today we were bummed cuz their famous hot sauce is no longer 😥 and today the pancakes left us wanting... But we'll be back!
MoreBest breakfast place in all of Utah and as far as I'm concerned. Super gourmet and super delicious. One of a kind.
MoreGreat brunch option! Quality food and a great atmosphere.
I'm in town for the weekend and Herm's was a great breakfast before a day on the river. Too bad no bloody mary's, the liquor store here was the poorest run store I've seen in Utah.
MoreExcellent breakfast food and very fast service. We had a party of six and our food was on our table within minutes. The cinnamon roll pancake and the french toast was delicious. Reasonably priced.
MoreFor at least two years, Harm's was my go-to first date spot in Logan. The menu has a great variety, the food is always perfect, and the staff are awesome at not just being nice, but making you feel like you're their friend. And their prices are honestly unbeatable. 10/10 would absolutely recommend!
MorePlace was great. The staff was awesome and they get the food out super quick. Drove 45 minutes out of our way and 45 minutes for a table to try the cinnamon rolls but they ran out. Come to find out they make limited quantity on the weekends, a little upset about it. We ended up with the stuffed french toast with the same cream cheese frosting and it was amazing. We had a huge smorgasbord of food and shared it all. So good!!
MoreI'm sure it's fine but all I wanted was to sit at the counter and have coffee. Cosunter is closed due to social issues. The counter is the most isolated thing in the place!
MoreOne of my all time favorite breakfast places. The family meal has so much food and it's always fresh. The cinnamon rolls on weekends are some of the best I've had.
MoreGreat vibe, spacious well-appointed interior, nice outdoor patio, great food and attentive service. Can't wait to go back.
MoreI love Herm's and so does everyone I bring here! Their food is delicious and the whole atmosphere is warm and lovely! I came here one Saturday morning when it was snowing outside and the warm food and atmosphere made for a perfect snowy morning.
MoreThe stuffed French toast is amazing. The giant cinnamon swirl pancake is better that a cinnabon cinnamon roll, in my opinion! I like to get, and share, one of the savory dishes and one of the sweet ones! The mac of the day never disappoints. The in house hot sauces are delicious as well. Can't say enough good things about this place.
MoreWent there on a Sunday morning with my sister and nieces. Everyone was very friendly! The food was beautiful. The veggie omelette is stuffed full of veggies, they don't skimp. Breakfast potatoes were great, crispy and salty :) The cinnamon roll, only available Saturdays and Sundays was so pretty. It was giant so plan on sharing with someone, or more! A bit too much cinnamon for my liking but the frosting was fantastic. Oh! Also, the lemon butter is a magic addition to the pancakes!
MoreWent for breakfast and the food tasted super fresh! Ordered a veggie omelet with potatoes and a pancake, along with eggs Benedict. The pancake came topped with lemon butter that is to DIE for! We are pleased they have vegetarian options. We'll be back when we visit Logan.
MoreI had the tuna sandwich and fries--delicious! Three others at my table did as well. Two people had the Reuben sandwich and they said it was great too. Generous servings, excellent food, great service.
MoreHighly recommend this place! Great customer service, great food, and the ambiance is so relaxing. Sit outside if you can, it's beautiful. I love how the water is served in glass mugs, makes it kind of fun. The french toast and cinnamon roll is to die for. Can't go wrong with the skillets. And my favorite hot chocolate drink is here, I won't go anywhere else to get hot chocolate.
MoreGreat food! Service! And beautiful restaurant.
*Visited on a Sunday (summer) morning so wait time (for 2) can be understandably long. However, self-serve coffee is available while you wait.Anyhow, we were seated near a windowed corner, and it was nicely illuminated. Water and coffee were served nearly immediately. Serving time was okay but the food was great. There is outdoor seating and enjoyed the open view. I'll come back. 👍
MoreOne of the best places in Logan to get a bite, despite only being opening for brunch. High quality food with good service. It's normally busy, but worth the wait.
MoreI normally really enjoy Herms but today was a mess. We only saw our waitress maybe twice, my coffee was cold before we could get sugar for it, the eggs were overcooked, etc. I don't think it's the staff fault as they were clearly hustling, to the point of literally running up and down the stair. Whoever at the top made the decision to seat more people than their staff could physically handle is placing money above quality and service. I hope this isn't going to be the new norm at Herms.
MoreWent there for a celebratory girls day breakfast and loved it. The ambiance is absolutely perfect. It was really clean and comfortable. They’re doing a great job following guidelines for COVID.We’re all had the build your own breakfast. The potatoes were great, they looked like they were deep fried but not dry at all.The ham is to die for! It has a Smokey flavor and is probably my favorite thing ever. Our waitress (the owner) was amazing! Fun & bubbly & attentive.I can’t wait to find an excuse to go back :)
MoreI have yet to find a breakfast place that compares to Herm's. SO GOOD. Great portion sizes as well. I got the stuffed French toast last time, but another favorite of mine is the cinnamon pancake-and it is huge. If you want breakfast in Logan, come here. It will be packed though (because it’s the best).
MoreAmazing value and quality of food. I wish every restaurant had that level of tastiness at that price.
MoreLove the atmosphere here. Very calm and comfortable. Their down stairs is my favorite place to sit. Their staff is very competent. They also make an amazing breakfast. Their jumbo pancake was delish. Could feed a big family for sure. I love their potatoes. Sometimes a tad bit dry but overall well made and good seasoning. They have an average menu. Not to big not to small. Good variety of food and options. I would call ahead before just showing up. It's a well known and very active place to eat.
MoreGet the family breakfast and make sure you have 5 people to eat it there lemon butter is amazing.
MoreI come here often for business purposes. They have a great downstairs room dor business networking meetings. The food is yummy, well priced and the staff are always on top of things and helpful.
MoreFood was pretty good, great prices, super friendly staff!First time I came there was a hair on my sandwich, and one of the fries was literally rock hard, but everything still tasted good and I had no issues the second time when I came back. Can't stress enough how kind the staff are and the food was tasty, would definitely go back.
